Call your child's school to make an appointment.  Please also call the school if you have any questions.

Keep your scheduled appointment! At your scheduled time, please bring the following:

  • Your child
  • Parent/Guardian proof of residency (must bring 2 valid forms of proof which includes your physical address)
  • Your Child's original birth certificate (hospital birth record is not accepted, photocopies are not accepted)
  • Current physical examination and immunization record
  • Any Special Education, Legal, or Medical records that the school might need
  • Language assistance will be available, as needed

In the event, you need assistance, please email ccshelp@campbell.k12.va.us.  Please include telephone contact information along with the enrollment application number of the enrollment/registration as it will be required for us to accurately assist.
