Virtual Virginia (VVA), a program of the Virginia Department of Education, provides K–12 online courses that uphold the same high standards as traditional schools. With highly qualified teachers, rigorous curricula, and continuous support, VVA offers flexible learning options that complement in-person education.

Campbell County Public Schools (CCPS) values educational choice and is excited to partner with VVA to offer Virtual Learning for students in grades 1–12. This program blends the flexibility of homeschooling with the resources of public education, allowing families to maintain their independent approach while gaining access to:

  • Core Curriculum with Virginia-Certified Teachers – Structured online learning with daily academic support.
  • Extracurricular Activities & Sports – Eligibility for school sports, arts, and social events.
  • Academic Recognition & Graduation – Participation in awards and graduation ceremonies.
  • Specialized Programs – Access to advanced coursework, STEM Academy, Governor’s School, Career & Technical Education, and Dual Enrollment.
  • High School Diploma – Students earn a CCPS diploma, ensuring a smooth transition to college or careers.
  • No Cost to Families – Includes a CCPS-provided laptop, headset, and learning materials.

Application Deadline: May 1, 2025

  • Review program details online and meet with a school counselor.

  • Submit the application to the school principal by May 1.

  • Approved students will be enrolled in both CCPS and Virtual Virginia.
